System Description
Cleaning Device Consists of brush bracket assembly, brush head unit, swing motor and high-pressure water pipelines. Water jets spray onto wall and roller to wet and pre-wash; hydraulic motor drives roller via chain to scrub and remove dirt; detergent mixes with water via dedicated nozzles to enhance cleaning performance
Water Circuit System Dual-circuit design: Clean water circuit (pump, filter, 3-way ball valve, rotary joint, nozzles & pipelines) for wall flushing and roller cleaning; Detergent water circuit (pump, filter, nozzles & pipelines) to mix with clean water and boost roller cleaning power
Boom System Slewing platform + multi-section boom assembly mounted on subframe; roller head installed at boom tip; boom performs rotation, lifting, telescoping and folding motions to position roller against wall at any angle
Hydraulic System Auxiliary engine drives hydraulic pump; one multi-way valve supplies oil to front roller folding/tilting cylinders and boom lift cylinders, as well as roller rotation & translation motors; two additional multi-way valves control boom lifting, telescoping, slewing and support wheel lifting with speed regulation
Electrical System Includes controller, industrial remote control, operation panel, lighting system, sensors and wiring harness
